Leaving in the morning for weekend trip so I went out to start it up and make sure all is good.. I start it up and the gauges come on but only white with flashing pixels on the left side. Will not shut off with the key, I have to disconnect the battery. Any thoughts would be appreciated! Thank you

Have you had the gauge off the sled at all? (loose plug on the back of gauge)

Haven't touched it at all.. been in the trailer for 3 weeks since last trip.

Update.... Now the left side works and turns off with the key.. but right side still not working.

It's easy to check that plug. I would start there. If you can get to the dealer i'm sure they could swap one out from the floor

Connections have moisture in them? Run engine for awhile and burn off condensation. Looks like you've already done that and left side came on. Run awhile longer and see what happens. Had the same thing happen in northern Ontario last week.

So you had a similar issue and the gauges came back after a bit of running?

My right side of the display was messed up from day 1....
Dealer replaced it under warranty.
I drove it 1685 miles that way, no problem. It would work periodically.

Loose starter switch??? That was a problem on my 18 RTX 50th but it didn’t affect the gauges. Just a thought....

Thanks for your insight guys. I stopped at my dealer when they opened and they set me up with a new gauge

Glad to hear that it was replaced and now you have full functionality for your trip North.

Where to?
I too am heading North for what may be my last ride for the season! Shall check out conditions at different spots online tonight!
