2021 viper ltx gt
Just bought a new 21 viper, I've read up on the break-in procedures. Just curious if there is any tips or tricks from past new machine owners that they could pass along, lube this, oil that spray this, type of things...

If you search the prior threads, you will see a lot of discussions about the proper way to break in your 4-stroke engine. I am not a mechanic, and I don't know what is best. I have always followed the manufacturer's recommendations, varying speeds, not using full throttle, etc., etc., but there is a whole different school of thought that says to break it in just the way you are going to ride it. I just broke in a new Yamaha 150 hp 4-stroke outboard this summer, and I followed the manufacturer's instructions to the letter. My plan is for that engine to last me for the rest of my life!

Breaking in wasn't the question I've read enough on that. I was more curious of what others do when they get a new machine, lube, cleaning, type of things, anything that helps protect or increase life of the machine.

Sorry I misunderstood your question! Cleaning and greasing are just common sense, and the answer to the rest of your question is still to search the prior threads on this Board, there are lots of discussion about routine maintenance that will extend the life of your machine and prevent you from being stuck by the side of the trail.
