21T Top gear in my Attak

Fix Powersports is putting a 21T top gear in my Attak today for my trip out west. Any thoughts as to top speed around here versus the stock 23T? Bottom gear is staying the same. Fix is saying it will top out at about 100 MPH. Anyone have other real-world results. I'm thinking about just leaving it in.

I couldnt get over 90mph in wyoming at 8000-12,000 feet..

You loose 30% of your horsepower at the high altitudes ..

they also have to change the chain to a 68 l .

21/38 gearing at 10,800 RPM would be good for about 109 mph actual speed. The speedo would read roughly 120 mph.
