No I went down after the first day of turbo driving which was two weeks ago tomorrow. But we have a lot of snow. Only problem we are not allowed to drive sleds here. Have to trailer it to Sweden, 90 miles of driving each way. Luckily the Swedish mountains will be covered with snow a for a long time, I hope. There have been sledding in may and even june there so we have the best time ahead, maybe 7-8 weeks to go

Hey,
So the Hauck GHT-r kit is pretty much exhaust and clutching...Why is it so expensive? I don't think the air box mod and fuel accelerator add that more...I think I'd rather just get an exhaust and clutch kit for much less $$...

So my question is, have you ruled out a turbo later, or just in the near future? If you even think of doing it later, I would go for shocks, skis, other ergos, maybe a clutch kit and save some of that leftover money for the Boost fund. I have done exhaust, air intake on my RX, then still want boost.
AK,
I think that is what I will do...Mainly minor mods (skis, clutch, shocks ETC) and then possibly boost in the future if they come down to a sane price..Anyone run nitrous? Any good/reliable for trail/ditch riding?

Just remember on the turbo. It may be an unrealistic price, but this sled with boost is UNREAL

Just did the Hauck kit! Not really very expensive at all. I did mine with a buddy waiting to do his so we could test them side by side. Both Phazer FX's. His stock, mine with get-r-done, 96 woodys gold diggers, 6" carbides, and tunnel protectors(a must). Not even close anymore! Not trying to inflate the difference but it really was not close. We tried to find many different conditions to test in. Hard pack snow was obviously the biggest difference. Several sled lengths to seventy five to eighty(on the dream o meter). On the lake in powder about six to eight inches deep. Not quite the difference as hard pack but still at least four to six lengths. Not to mention hitting the open water (which I do not encourage). We switched sleds many times because of driver responce and thought it was more of a fair test. I am not trying to say this kit takes the place of a turbo or supercharger I am just saying if it is more in the price range of you it is definantely worth the money. Or anyone else for that matter!
