Hey Steve, stop by for a drink in Hurley but nobody was home.Anyways I had a great time but ended up limping the grizz back on sat. afternoon with a broken driveshaft and axle bar. The mud up there was just insane

Sorry we missed Grizz 5, you're right the mud was insane. The more people that went through the better/worse (depending on your perspective) it got. The guys in the condo next to us busted up 4 out of 5 of their machines. The only damage we caught other than the Sportsman's all overheating was a RR spike in one of the tires.
The big surprise of the weekend for me was how well my Kodiak with stock tires handled that mud. One of the couples in our group only has sport quads so I let the lady use my Kodiak instead of her Warrior. The only time I saw her stuck was before I showed her how to use the Diff-Lock. Of course the old broad has no fear and rides like a maniac so that might have something to do with it.
Oh yeah, back to the subject, the weekend of the 25th works for me.

Looks like the weekend of the 25th is it. I'm already starting to save my singles!
Hopefully the yacht club crew will be around to provide some more entertainment at Joanies this year!

Have fun ... but don't forget about Road Dog!
Don't forget to take some pictures so Rick can see what he missed out on!

You guys do this ride every year at the same time? In June?
If so I and maybe a few others would love to come up and crash into the fun you guys are having. Tom always saying to me when we chat to come up!

Personally, I'll be headed back to Hurley over Labor Day weekend and Hurley's "Pumpkin Run" event held on October 7 - 9th.
Probably get there once or twice during the winter too. Kinda like the location.
