2nd installed blow off valve on alpine trx

2004 trx w alpine kit, currently a alpassy bov in charge tube, just installed one on the side of intercooler, a turbosmart raceport . DO I JUST TEE OFF FROM THE CHARGE TUBE ALPASSY BOV LINE TO THE TURBOSMART.Do i need to calibrate the turbosmart raceport.

You can just hook the supply line to both Teed together.

That is a Bad azz BOV but it comes with a pretty heavy spring, I sell them.

You may want to order a lighter spring, the lightest one available.

Thanks Ted, yes heavy springs, I remove the heavier one of the two [ 15 pds ]. During idle the piston is fluctuating around 1/2 open, fluctuats about 1/8 '' at half open. When I snap the throttle, the piston snaps closed and opens full after off throttle snap and fluctuates at 1/2 open, thinking the single spring is still to heavy [ 3 pds ]? Should I go softer yet and if so how much shift to kelowna b.c canada

Your turbo is well protected but NOT an Optimum Setup, The reason we use the Vortech Bypass is they open with only 1.5 inHg vacuum, and seal regardless of boost pressure.
