BLOW OFF VALVE HOSES ROUTING

Does anyone know the best way to hook up the Vacume lines to two blow off valves. One is the stock one on a mcx rear turbo mounted on the intercooler and the other one will mount in the rubber charge tube going to the intercooler. They say the best way is to tie all four vacume lines coming off the intakes into the two blow offs together? Thanks for any help.

You can also use the fittings on the 2nd and 3rd instake to connect the hoses to your new BOV, that way the old one cannot interfere with the new one.
