I bet if you'd scan a few pics, details of an oil change it would help some of us out...

Is there an mode where you can adjust fuel tables with a jumper cable installed in the wiring harness someplace...? I think the APEX has this feature. Details on that would be most excellent...

there are some things in my operator manual I'd like more info about as well :

1. "Fuel Injection - Adjust syncronisation" initial 500 miles, and every season.

Whaazzat?

2. Steering column bearing - Lubricate with specified grease. - Where is this bearing, and does it have a zerk???

3. Ski and front suspension - Lubricate with spec. grease. I don't see any zerks up here, I guess they need to be taken off each year??

That's all.

Thanks!

Oil change is easy. Remove the airbox, then the 4 bolts that hold on the oil cooler. With that out of the way, you can get to the filter with a strap wrench. Took me about an hour.

There is a rubber strap to remove on the bottom front. Pull the rubber plugs on the top of the airbox to access some allen head screws (three of them) that hold the airbox onto the throttle bodies.Unplug a few electric couplings and hoses ant it comes right off. Also ,dont be afraid to pull the 4 bolts that hold the oil cooler(the thing in your way after you remove the airbox). Do not pull the hoses off though because coolant will shoot everywhere. Once you move it out of the way, you can use a strap wrench to get to the oil filter. Someone in an earlier forum showed a nice Craftsman tool also. All in all, its pretty easy. Dont be afraid to dig into it.

What does it show for chaincase oil capacity? I finally got my 19T top sprocket - need to know how much oil to buy.
