Here are some new/used parts that came in thru Yamaha. Manually drug the Apex up on the sled lift to start getting a list together of parts that need replacing and to asses any hard damage. I did temporarily install a new ignition and gauge to be sure every thing fired up with no error codes. All of that went perfect......Thats really great news!!!
I wanted to say it was hell dragging that sled by myself but my son did give me a hand

Nice sled lift
Hello Tom,
You certainly are making great progress on this project. That is a nice sled lift you have. Is it a Handy brand lift? How do you like working sleds with this type of lift? Looks like removing/replacing the rear skid on this type of lift could be a little difficult. Good luck!!!!

Yes its is a Handy Air lift and it works really great... I use a winch and hook with pulleys on the ceiling to raise the rear of the sled and remove the skids... that way I have everything at waist level instead of lying on the floor.
