4th Wheel install

Instead of purchasing a 4th wheel kit for $50, can I simply use the existing collar and cut a small piece out of it and use a spare wheel for the 4th wheel. Looks like I could get away with cutting an inch out and use the two remaining pieces for the new collars.

Take the two spacer between rails next to the center wheel out. Stand on end a scribe a line around the longer spacer using the short spacer as a measurement. Bearing is 12 mm wide. Add a second line 12 mm up and cut out the 12 mm between the lines.
