Just did an oil change just shy of 300 mi since I'm heading up to Maine tomorrow and will likely get 450 or so before returning. I read somewhere that an indicator will come up telling me to get the 500 mi service. Anyone know how to reset that sucker when I see it. I know I'm gonna hit it on the second day and don't want to stare at it all the time. TIA

Push & hold the reset button while it's flashing. It will then be flashing between the OIL & oil trip distance. Push & hold the reset button again for 3 seconds to reset the oil trip meter. It will flash OIL & 0000 3 times, now it's reset.
It will come on every 2,500 miles from here on out too.
