Hey all
I Ran 1000km on 230hp SM TD tune. Switched to Powertrail SM and did 100km WOT, took photos of rollers and belt to compare. I did a few hard brakes and now I am experiencing a squeak at initial take off, I am assuming belt is sitting to low in secondary . Does anybody know what I have done or what I can do to eliminate the squeak?

Belt sitting too low.....happens if you stop fast, not enough backpressure...
Im testing white spring now, to help with return.

That was my first thought as well, keep me informed Dan on the white spring. Oh By the way, I just got the Klim handmuffs, it’s tight on the stock brake lever, but works.

LOL, I just got the KLIM muffs too, I find myself trying to wrap them around my handguard mount, to get them inward further which seems to work ok. Zipper on left muff cannot be closed fully as I expected but not bad. My reason for these over my BRP muffs which are similar, is these lay flat and will fit nicely in bottom of linQ bag so I can take them on trips as I dont like them full time, only like to have them ready for bigger trails/lakes below minus 18c or so,that is when i need them. Anything warmer or tighter I am fine with hand warmth. That was my first thought as well, keep me informed Dan on the white spring. Dan how are these compared to the Gauntlets from Crap Tire? I got a set of them and tried them yesterday just to see, though they aren't fancy for the less than a handful of rides I would use them on they seemed decent.

Honestly those cheapo Crappy tire ones we had to get(In Qc was super cold and forgot my BRP muffs) on our last trip work really well. Cheap cost, lightweight, can be rolled up(as they are long) and best of all they can be folded or rolled to be quite small and not take a huge bite out of your luggage room. Only downfall is they dont have the clear view windows for switches.Dan how are these compared to the Gauntlets from Crap Tire? And while my BRP ones have the clear view, they are not easily folded or flattened....I saw the klim and liked how they are flat, and easily folded and fit into linQ bag pretty decently. I like the zipper/quick install and they do work pretty well over my hand guard mounts. Albeit the left zipper does not quite close fully, im certain that wont matter as my hands cook with any type of muff and typically need heaters completely off. Since they are flatter, hand signs are not quite as slick as the BRP ones since the BRPs opening is held open for easy in/out of the hand.
I wont need them this weekend as its getting mild sat and even milder sunday.
