Hi guys, what effect will I see going from 9 tooth to 8 tooth drivers if keeping everything else the same? I'm thinking I will see Top end reduction and more low end torque....is this correct?

It is essentially the same as gearing down in the chain case, not sure how much change you will see though?

Just found this in a search...you dropped your gearing 12%. Are you going to gear up to accommodate?

I guess I will run it and see how I like it......top end is not an issue for me but having more low end torque is something I would love to have....especially with the upgraded track.......my guess I will leave it, but I will have to run it first before I make any decision on gearing changes.
