The title pretty much says it all. Are the mounting points the same to put the rx-1 skid in my Srx? Thanks

all the mount points should be the same. only difference in the long travel and the stiffer shocks for the 4 stroke weight.
You will want to change your upper rear shaft and use your side arms for the rear FRA/shock system. The RX1 version is a piece of crap with bushings in it. The srx ones have bearings. Same with the shock, they have bushings. Use new ones and shim them tight, add grease fittings to them, as well as lower w arm mounts and transfer rod pivots.
here is a fix for all that is screwed up with that skid. While you have it out.
