Here are some pics taken from every trip (one from each) we took this season that I had the camera along. Had some fun times riding with new people. Hopefully next year will be better for snow. Note pictures are in reverse sequence (last ride to first).

Nice Sleds. I was just going through all my pics from this year. I started thanksgiving weekend in WY, then Northern WI in mid Dec to break in the new warrior. Then a week in Cooke City for new years. After that I dont know how the trips played out but I was back out to wyoming twice and back to MI twice......Then rapped it up in Wyoming the first weekend in May. Lots of good pics from the year and lot of good times. Next year there will only be one flat land trip and atleast 6 trips to the steep and deep. ===SRXSRULE===

All but the Mc Call pic of JonnyRocket were taken in Cooke City. We there for New Years Dec 30th- Jan 3rd; thats the picture of my RX-1 trenched with the shovel sticking out of the snow next to her. Were do you guys usually stay when your there? We were parked right next to Bob's (MadMaxPerformance) blue RX-1 turbo w/the single hindle exhaust. The wife and I rode with Geno (mmwildman) and his crew. Usually we stay at the Sinclair Cabins, Buns-n-Beds, or Soda Butte. We'll have to see if we can't hook up for a ride this next season.

Jim, we stayed out of town at the Bear lodge? we were there the 26th to the first. I'm sure you may have seen my sled on main street. It was a done up Mt Max with a custom tunnel, lexan hood and a boondockers bottle in plain sight under the hood. I got alot of looks in town. Bobs sled was kick-#*$&@, too bad he sold it. ===SRXSRULE===

My RX-1mtn is faster than the RMK 900. As a matter of fact I ran my RX-1mtn against spray25, RXFun, JonnyRocket, and SilverStreak (all four are turbos) and was surprised at how close we were on a flat (aprox 1/4 mile). I would get them off the line for about 10' then they go by me until about a 60'-70' lead then it seems pretty even (nothing lost nothing gained). I think that is due to gearing (once you run out of gearing the extra HP doesnt matter)
Point them at a hill though and it's a different story for both the TRX-1mtns and the RMK 900. The RMK has a better aproach angle on the track which alows it to climb better. The turbos just don't lose the speed on a hill like my naturally aspirated RX-1mtn due to the extra HP and make my NA RX-1mtn seem like it's 500 fanner.
As for problems with the RMK; my wife put about 900 miles on with no problems other than the drive belt needed replaced at 600 +/- miles. The torque stop for the engine was weak and it's in the shop for the update right now. Once we put the SLP can on it seemed to diminish the vibration alot. The stock can bolted directly to the bulkhead and didn't alow for much movement, whereas the SLP uses springs to hold it down.

Thanks for the compliments yamaslob. The wife does have a sense of humor; at least she's smiling while giving the bird and not giving me the "evil eyes". If you guys haven't seen the latest version of the sled, there is an updated picture along with a list of mods in the garage section under "My 03 RX-1mtn LE". These are just pictures to show some of the deep stuff and scenery out west; rather than show off the sleds.
