I still say lookout for something totally new and much differant from Yamaha All the hype has got people coming to conclusions way too fast. Do you really think Yamaha would just let pictures of its new sled leak so easily?

I'll believe it if and when it arrives on Monday. Notice the wheel at the inside of each ski? Wonder what thats about? Low level snow conditions? Just part of the prototype?

These sleds are not the next undercover fighter jets are government will be using in the military. These sleds are not that secretive. I would say with all the people in their engineering and R&D department some how these photos have leaked very easily its just an 06 model snowmobile. These things have been built for some time now and being tested. All these tests are not done in a capsual for protection that 10 people may see the new Yamaha snowmobile 5 days early.

Those wheels flip down and can be used to roll the sled around or cross concrete, etc. Kinda like a built-in dolly. They work very well and protect the carbide and ski from excess wear.

It would be cool to see them as standard equipment, but I doubt it.
