i was wondering if anyone here has any helpful install photos or advice for a warn winch install 2500 on a 2004 grizz 660. im doing the install this weekend and i was lookin for some advice to make it go a lil better. also has anyone ever installed a set of aftermarket handlebars on a grizzly before? i wrecked mine and i was lookin to hook it up with some nice aftermarker ones. thanks

I installed my warn 2500 winch myself i mounted the soleniod behind the battery in that little compartment , I ran the winch wires up the right side of the frame from where you mount the winch ,along the outside of the frame next to the gas tank and to the soleniod. The wires from the in -out switch go to the winch sol. and one goes to the starter relay .I preferred to hook mine up that way so I dont have to turn on the key, I have not had any probs. with it that way yet. of course the in- out switch goes on the left side of handle bar. sorry no photos, I got a question for you , whats the big gun rev box you got, I had the dynatek cdi box but did not leave it on . motor sounds a little rattley with it in . Also what of NY

thanx

thanx for the respond, the big gun helped alot my bike was tock when i put the 27" midlite xtrs on it and it lost alot of power so i put the big gun on with exhaust and a proflow intak kit and it flies again like i lost nothing.i would recomend it no noise with this one.

I am in a club called the Soggy Bottom Riders out of Dolgeville N.Y.there are a few clubs in N.Y. I am thinking of jioning another club ,That is really the best way to find out about other trails , I usually travel less than an hour to ride on the clubs trails , or just leave from my house on the quad and ride the trails around home which are dwindling fast .N.Y. needs some state trails. I wish I lived in West Virginia. The Hatfield-McCoy trails rule.I live in Mayfield N.Y..
