in all those miles,here is what i replaced,
2 upper idler wheels
fuel pump relay
2 torsion spring plastic block adjusters
exhaust donuts at 8000 miles wich i changed for nothing cuz they were still like brand new
rest is all wear items,3 sets of slides,carbides,belts etc

now i will be changing the track next season cuz its starting to show wear on the inside,plus all the front bushings,

Reviwing this thread.

I Have a Phazer Rtx wich have gone 5500 km in 2 years but i have replaced
the thing in the picture, (don't know what it's called in english)

3 sets of handguards,
2 windshields, 2 seats of slides,
Changded to the freeride 1.5 121 track to because the OEM track was nearly shredded,
Skis to OEM MTX skis.
Bushing way too many, but it was necessary since it could not be controlled anymore.

But the engine is so amazing that I can not get bored of it.

No the pic is from a gt i Think bit you Get the idea, bit that black thing is at lest broken on my sled, dealer welded it but we shall se how long it last...

Pat you helpd me make my decesion I have got 7500 miles on my 07 gt and I guess I'll ride it one more year. I said that last year too. I have replaced a lot more parts and have been broke down several times but never left stranded always been able to make it back to the cabin. The abuse my sled takes all I can say is "thanks yamaha and TY". Example: starter went out on a saddle bag trip but I watched that video posted here on starting it with a rope and was able to keep riding.

i have nothing bad to say about that motor,rock solid if you ask me,were also gonna keep it for another season,lets see how far she can go

well,the phazer is still kicking,my wife managed to bring it at 25000 km,still doesnt burn a drop of oil and i'm still on the same set of slides from when she turned 20000km,not bad,that's 15625 miles

The ski resort I work at uses Venture lites. So does the neighboring one. That is around 15 sleds.
They usually get replaced around 35000km. I don't think we have ever had a major mechanical breakdown ever, they just start getting haggard overall.
