If the track is hitting the cooler that makes me think the suspension is mounted too high in the tunnel. I just measured and with my Expert-X and the 2.5" extreme I still have 2" between the paddle tips and the lowest portion of the cooler.

with the instructions provided it does sit to high in the tunnel..but now having 8 extra holes drilled in my tunnel from instructions that were not correct,i did not want to try anything else

got the receipt for a refund..;-}(thnx jeff)...but nothing on the visa yet though...hopefully its just going through the paper process
