TY 4 Stroke Junkie
My brother is looking at a couple used sleds this year. We don't have any snow so test driving is not really possible.
He has been driving a crossfire 5 for the past couple winters and like to ride fairly agressive. He did drive my nytro last year and my phazer the previous year and he did not like them at all. They were too tipy and required to much body language for him. The 65% of our riding is 35-70mph with decent corners with 30% off trail. The other 5% is high speed straight trails
What he is looking for is long track and fuel injection.
From yamaha that leaves the apex ltx/attack
His other top choices are the 08/09 600/700 switchback dragons.
As much as I'd like to keep him with yamaha 4 stroke I think the apex won't shine in the slower speed trails we ride.
The Crossfire just smokes way to much for his liking.

Go with the APEX I have been raceing an 06 for 3 years. It takes time to know how to work with them but once he dose there is very little that can keep up to the apex. They can move like no other sled I have race before. He needs to ride one for a week or so then he will see what i'm telling u. :rules
