I have a set of powder hounds. Work Much better over stock on the trails and float my phazer enough to keep my 14" wide 1" lug track on top of the snow. They actually pull the back end up out of the snow.

I am very impressed with them and would buy them again.

You can also use stock Yamaha mountain skiis....all you need is the longer bolt kit (Yamaha makes a kit), and the ski bottoms.

The stock handles/carbides from your current skiis will bolt right up.

I run these on my 151" Warrior and also the wife's Venture....they work great in my opinion.

Il think I go with the slydogs, but what carbides should I go for? 50% offtrail and 50% trail

C&A XT's.
Have them on both my Attak and my Ton. The Ton is all off trail and the Attak is 50/50.
Best skis I have tried.

CB Preformance. 6" carbides
Not the fanciest but dam do the hold up.
The XT's cut their own line when on the trails. no darting, no following. Just cuts a nice line.
