I would like to hear from anybody that has installed aftermarket heated seats on their Vectors. What brand
is the best one. Also does anyone know if the seat covers on the seats are glued down to the foam or not.
Thinking of installing a heated seat & need to know if this is a wise thing to do.

If you look at this thread you'll see how the seat cover comes off and how a Heat Demon (www.heatdemon.com) seat heater pad goes on top. I've put Demon heaters on three sleds and have helped countless others through the install. Feel free to PM me with questions.

I have seen your post before. I am not looking to put a WRP seat on. I would like to buy the heat demon heated
seat with the on & off switch. I am planning on using the original seat cover. Is the original seat cover glued down to the foam.

It is not. Only staples hold it to the seat pan.

I did exactly what you want to do using the symtec heat deamon seat heater.
When it was working it was awsome, but the heating element failed after about 6-8 rides.
I would not waste my time or money on it again. just my opinion
