Well i was doing some testing in a ditch very very short about 500 feet max. (more or less playing) But any way the sled is just SICK with the new big turbo. I was running about 15psi of boost and found out my wide band O2 is not working off idle. It reads like 19.5 and sicks there for a few mins even at idle. No big deal i am sure it is the Bosh sensor same one for a 1.5 years and lots of leaded fuel killed it right?? SO i pulled the O2 out and got a new one on the way. I thought i would look at my coolant it is full but i am getting that DAMN black headgeasket crap in there again. Last time it did this it lasted over one season. So what are you guys doing to keep the head on these sleds??? When sled was stock i pulled the head off and added a head gasket to lower comprsion it last 1.5 years then let go. Pulled the head off had a very had time seeing where it blew? But cleaned her all up new gasket sprayed both sides with cooper tone headgasket spray put in HD studs and TQ down with Teds set up. Was the killer not having the head check for flatness?? How many people have had a head not true on there Rx1? Should i do it over the same way and just send the head out?? What is the best way to do this getting very old! I think i am going to ride the sled and just keep a eye on it. Like i said last time it did this it ran great for 2000+ miles! What you guys think?? How the hell is the head going to stay on at 19-20 PSI????
