Just checked over the sled I picked up <09 vector> and I noticed at the rear of the air box where the vent tube goes in there are two tabs> Well they are broken and when I say that I mean the ones on the bottom portion of the air box where the top tabs slid into> I pulled up on the air box and they look like they just guide it into position. Just wondering if this had happened to anyone else and if I should worry about it/

One of my tabs is broken, but the airbox seals tight. If you take your airbox off and verify that it seals correctly then you are good to go. If it doesn't seal where the tabs are broken I would just silicon it up.

I have accidentally/on purpose broken the tabs on my sleds. It makes it MUCH easier taking apart the sled and/or putting it back together. The box still seats properly and the clamps in the 4 corners keep it sealed. Hope this helps.

I bought a 06 Apex with the tabs broken and as mentioned it makes it a lot easier to get to battery and oil filter. I've not had any issues with it this way, the clamps hold the lid on pretty well.
