Am I missing something?

How many guide wheels should be on the rear axle on my Attak? Pic shows 3 and i thought that seemed odd. Axle on R.H. side seems like wheel is missing but the axle shows no sign of one ever being there.

3 is stock. Some people have added a fourth.
