Annoying Reverse Alarm

is there a way to turn the reverse alarm off on these sleds....kinda annoying

Unplug it. Its right by the battery. You can put some tape on it to quiet it down, its a simple buzzer that is quiet if you hold your hand over it.

It is there for a reason. People have had accidents because of disconnecting the alarm and forgetting the sled is in reverse; i.e. backed up when they meant to go ahead. There is also a different beep when it does not go right into reverse - so it may be helpful there as well.

i have backed up when meaning to go forward with it onso disconnecting will not make that much of a difference and as far as the not going into reverse properly the light will blink if not in reverse and stop blinking when it does. if it was that much of a safty hazard all manufacturers would put it on there.
