Just wondering if anyone has tried to disable their back up alarm. Its kind of annoying to me and would like to know if there's a way to easily disconnect it or any other solution.
Thanks.
Thanks.

I wouldn't suggest it, first time you grab the throttle when its in reverse and go over the bars you'll know why.

My hearing is terrible, and I can't even hear the back up alarm. So, look on the bright side, while it may be an annoying sound, consider yourself lucky that you can still hear it!!!!

I agree with Drantellss and have the dent in a 20 foot garage door to remind me.
I had disconnected the reverse alarm on a sled we just purchased finished set up and detailing for my son to ride. He comes out of the house with his new helmet/sled and is ready go.
Poor kid goes backward into the door I had just pulled shut and the dent remains to this day, lesson learned. I leave the annoying alarms hooked up and have to admit there have been times it saved me from more embarrassment.

You're just begging your buddies to hit the reverse button when you line em up on the lake.

Its easy to remove. Just find the little beeper and disconnect it.
Pretty sure its mounted under the cowel up on the left side but i honestly cant remember.
Do yourself a favor and wire in a nice bright led light, mounted up neer your gauge or in plain sight so you have some sort of reverse indicator

Just put a piece of tape over the hole on your buzzer. You can still hear it but it's not so annoyingly loud then.
