I spent the weekend dialing in my Powderlites Apex with the RB3 this past weekend with Dave and the gang at Powderlites. All I can say is if anyone is on the fence about what kit to install let me tell you they go wayyyyyyy beyond normal to make your sled run well.

Our day on Friday started out good mounted the new tuner bike module and headed for the hills. Worked well but could not get the fuel I needed for the boost I want to run so back to the shop to install larger injectors. By the time we got them reinstalled and got the tuner bike back from another client it was 8 PM. Headed for the trail. Ran up the trail and started programming and the sled would not come around and run good, it actually got worse. Ran back to the lot and Dave met us down there with his lap top.... It was now 10:30 PM!!! We took a good look at it but could not fiqure it out. Battery died on the laptop because it was about 7 degrees F!!! Decided to call it a day and took Dave for a drink and a meal. Unfortunatley all the restuarants were closed so we had to settle for just a drink.

Dave took a well deserved day off on Saturday and made special arrangments for me to be back Sunday morning. We took advantage of this and headed for Revy with a back up sled we brought. Ran 17 gallons of gas through my Arctic cat and had a blast. Whooped it up at Zala's on Sat night and hit the sack.

Woke up to it snowing like crazy. left Revy and were at Dave's shop at 8 am. Dave is an animal! He was already at it!! We went through a bunch of connectors and such and then headed back to the trail. Went up the trail and it still ran like ^SS. Ran back to the shop and figured it must be a bad O2 sensor. Swapped that out and headed back. Had a sweet map written in about 30 minutes and the sled is an animal with the larger injectors!! I can't wait to be back next week to ride it at the BIS!!

Again I can't thank Dave and his crew enough for their dedication to making sure my sled ran before I had to leave.

If anyone is looking for a sweet turbo kit Dave and the gang have the RB3 dialed for the TApex, TNytro, and the SC Nytro!! I know I rode them all this weekend!! Give them a call for your turbo needs!!

PS. I got to ride the 1200 Ski Doo turbo they have on Saturday at Turtle for about 10 minutes. It runs sweet and the RB3 EFI with larger injecters runs like a stock sled with a huge set of nuts!! That motor is very friendly powerwise and has huge torque!!! Congrats Dave on another success!!!

Not a small investment Dave has made (Dave Marshall as well) to be able to do this (Tuning Bike) for guys. The boosted Yamaha crowd is lucky to have guys like this in their camp.

Great to hear the Tuning Bike is working so well!

We are looking into the tuning bike system. As said above, it is a large investment, but will only help us all tune better. Good to hear you got up and rocking sapling....I have a similar setup and just threw the EZ ryde I bought from you last year under it and she is a RIPPER!! Kudos to Dave and Darren on the RB3.

Nice ted, I have some plans and changes that I am sure will need to modify that map I have. Good thing your a dealer for powderlites. Right now you guys, dave and darren and ted, got some of the best stuff going for us.

Thanks to all you guys
