I've seen sway bar mentioned many times here. Most have mentioned changing to a different one. Isn't there a way to make adjustments with the stock sway bar? Or is it just a matter of getting different sized ones? I have an '05. I've never really looked at mine and have only adjusted my ride by the shocks. Maybe I could have been having a better riding sled all along with some sway bar adjustment/change?

The sway bars and links go up in diameter. My 03 stock I think was 11mm. I have the longer links and Fox Floats up front but I am looking to going to the 13mm dia. sway bar for flater cornering.

03 rx 1 was 10mm bar
04+ was 11mm
Options are for 12 and 13mm. Because the bars are so big you need thinner sway bar bushings if you use more then the 11mm bar on a 03, those thin bushings were std on 04+ rx1
Links
03 had shorter ones then 04+

There are no adjustments you can make to the stock bar. It IS a matter of thickness. So get a 12mm or 13mm from pioneer. You already have the longer links and thin bushings if your sled is in fact an 05. I had the 13mm and loved it. I did not think it was to much harsher of a ride than the 12mm that I broke but it cornered super flat!! I would also put some heavier rated front springs in as well. ie. 130# maybe 140# with zero preload.
