Mounted the overload blocks from a RS-venture 05
this way you may get both snow and bump...
i drilled 3 holes, one for the bolt and 2 for the locking pin
very easy to engage or disengage.
when not engaged is exactly as original
removed original spring stearing behind the wheel and made my own from plastic very similar as the ones on venture.
