Sorry guys, I have no experience with Vectors, so when my buddy addressed me with this concern I figured it would be best to post it here.
'06 Vector GT - If he fills the coolant reservoir to the cold fill line (when cold), anti-freeze leaks out the overflow. Only a few ounces leak out, and it only does it after a long hard run.
Personally I think it just self levels, and am certain that a couple of ounces aren't going to hurt anything. However, afforded the resources of this site, why gamble?
If you have experienced anything similar, or have a fix, please reply.

I have an 05' Rage. You cannot keep the antifreeze up to the level line. If I add more I'll notice that it's a little low after a hard ride. If I don't add more I always see that there is still some in the reservoir. So long as there is a visible amount in there I wouldn't worry about it!

Thanks, that's reassuring.

Anyone else have any experience with this before I let this post sink to the vast expanse where "the unreplied" usually end up.

Same thing happens with my Nytro. As long as there is some in the reservoir no worries.
Use the cold fill line as a hot fill line no more problems. If you have to add a bit of antifreeze consider to top off with water wetter.
Quite interesting.....
My level been above the line by a good 1/4" for the last ... say 2000 miles. I do not recall having seen this level marking any higher with a hot engine. Small air pocket somewhere would do that on your level.....i don't see liquid expansion causing that. How about a cap that cannot retain pressure ?

Same deal here. If I add antifreeze to the cold line, it will leak out the overflow back to its previous level in the jug.
So now I leave it there and that's where it stays. No problems in 1700+ miles.
