any body here what top spped is!!

I would like one for wife, but running in good trail , would like 80 -90 mph sleed for wife!!!

I work for the demo program and took the sleds to Big moose from old forge. I had the GT to 87mph on the speedo. Thats not accurate i know but it as close as i can tell ya...the sled is a blast to ride in the tight twisty trails and i will be buying at least 1 if not 2 and trading my other sleds in....mike

After Yammy's release of the Phazer, I sent an email to Jimmy Blaze to ask him what the top speed was. His reply was 80mph.

I'm just letting you know what the digital said, knowing its not accuarte. That speed was down trail#5 from Old Forge to Big Moose Yamaha where we put the sleds in the shop to thaw and de-ice for the night.

I'd say they'll probably go a bit faster once they're broke in, of course depending they last that long. Did any of these sleds have any miles on them before they were put to the tests ?

35 miles before the weekend and now about 250.

35 miles, then hold it to the bar, now that's a good way to break them in ! One way to test the reliability of the new engine.

I was kind to it. You should have seen some of the dealer reps riding them. What better way to test the abuse factor....we were just keeping pace with our DM on his sled.
