Any other Marquette County Locals?

Good Evening Everybody!

Being somewhat new to the site I figured I would see if anyone is located near me and is interested in riding together. I live in Marquette and have most weekends available to ride. I've got a Nytro MTX and a Phazer for the trail. I know the back country between Big Bay and Lanse like the back of my hand so if you want to get buried in powder; I can help as long as you bring a shovel too. If you want to cruise trails I can help with that too as I've been riding across the U.P. from the Soo to Baraga my entire life.

I'm planning on heading out Friday and Saturday this weekend.

I'm not in Marquette, quite a ways from it actually (20 mi. south of Munising on FFH-13) but if you're ever interested in meeting in Chatam or Eben or something that could definitely be arranged.......I do a little off-trail but I don't enjoy getting buried to my pits.......I'm an old guy and that's why God invented the Sno-Bunjie........

PLUS it would have been nice if you'd included your name as opposed to "Hey You, MTX?"

You ought to consider coming over to Wetmore one of the days the TY group is here.......give you a chance to meet a LOT of the folks that post here.

Hi Jim. I could probably meet up tomorrow if some parts that I am waiting for show up today. Otherwise I will be out of commission until until next week. I was going to start digging up some information about the TY trips this week.

The group will be at the Comfort Inn in Wetmore (right on M-28) next Thurs through Sunday........that is the 8th thru 11th.......the bigger group will be here the end of Jan. for the infamous "Giveaway Ride"...........

Yooper.....I am also in Marquette (just south in Harvey). I am able to ride directly from home to the trail connector at the Crossroads.

I've fired up the sleds, but have not done any riding yet....still waiting for conditions to improve just a bit.

Definitely will have to hook up for a ride this winter.

Hey, another Yooper in the maquette area here. I live in Harvey two blocks off trail in the speed zone. Planning on riding to the TY ride Thursday or Friday if anyone wants to meet up and head over let me know.
