Trying to get some break-in miles on my Sidewinder, just driving around the yard, I seem to be getting a P100A error flashing on the gauge (quite often maybe 20 times so far in 10km), which causes the engine to rev up and down until idle, then it's fine again... seems to be happening around the "just off-idle" throttle position, but happened once when I was doing 60kph then total power loss until it came back down to idle again... Anyone else experience this? hopefully it's just during break-in...

Sounds like the throttle position sensor. The codes are in your book :)

Yea I checked it out today, and it's the micro-switch in the throttle leaver, seems really sensitive... maybe I'm pulling on the throttle in a weird position causing it to happen. Hopefully it wears in and doesn't hangup when I give it throttle.

If you search the viper forum you will find a post talking about checking it's setting in the diag screen. If not I'm sure someone that knows about it will chime in here. Cannondale??
