I was changing needle settings, as I was reassembling the needle into the piston valve (Slide) I pushed the little plastic stem with the spring in and some how broke 2 of the little tabs off (there are 4) where the rubber O-Ring locks into. Now I can't install the needle hold down stem. I can't find the part # in my manual. Anyone ever have to buy one? How Much?

I did the same thing last year while playing around with needle settings. Mukini could have thought of a better way to keep the needle seated. I seem to remember the cost of a new one was about $38.00. Only took about 3 days to get a new one.

Same set up in my Midnight Venture. I broke one last summer while re-jetting. Just have to be real carefull when you pull out the needle and when you place it back in.

I broke one last year , it's easy to do. you will develope a feel for it if you do it a couple of times . I put a little dab of grease on the plug and that seems to make it easier to do without screwing it up .

Thanks guys. I ordered one today....$31.99 I have had them apart three other times, this time I didn't get the plastic hold down lined up just right and forced it....Imadumbass
