According to my Power Surge bill of sale on a Apex GT, I am required to take delivery by 10/31/05. I may just tell them to give me my $300 bucks back on 11/1 ! :( :( :( :(

The way I read it, and was told, you have to pay for it, or have it applied to your yamaha account by that date. Pick up is another story. Some suggesetd the (some) GT wont be in till mid december.

GT

I bought a Vector GT, and had it two weeks ago. When I picked up my sled, the dealer said that the sleds with the GYT Front Adjustable shocks were slow in coming. He said that the word was that Ohlins could not keep up with the demand, so many of the sleds would be late in delivery. Seems like that is true from what I have been reading on this site.....

One in CT, cycle P

There is one on the dealer floor at Cycle Performance. North West CT. It's not mine though. They want one on the floor for a while. WOW, that a nice sled. Can't wait to get mine. Apex GT.

Stones in Newark, NY has one Apex GT in. I was hoping it was mine but they can't decide who gets the sleds. I was told that Yamaha tells them who's sled it is when the shipping crate is opened on the docks in NJ. My dealer told me the price goes up if I don't pay for it by the end of October. I can't remember why but he said it goes up. He doubts the GT's will all arrive before the end of October.

I seem to recall my dealer telling me this also.
Big time BS that customers should not have to eat.
When sled is in, is when the money should be exchanged. $300 dep is one thing, but $10,000? I have to trust dealer to still be around and prepared to deliver said sled when it arrives(whenever that is)after I have paid? How do I know the dealer is not on the brink of bankrupcy, what about if the place burns down? WTF?
