After a rude introduction to a Wyoming rock last season I need to replace the front heat exchanger.

Wondering if anyone has done it before and has any tips. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Craig

I dont know about a rx1 but I have to replace one on my wifes v-max 700
I asked the same question on the ty fourm "its a bitch" " poss motor pull to replace it" it does not look fun. Oh well, I have twins on the way so I have plent of time to work on it.
Think snow

Motor does not need to be revmoed. Dealer did mine last winter. Heat exchanger is 240. And 7 hours labor I read someplace on here it tok someone 6 hours to get one out so I wasent dissoponited when he charged me got 7. It also gots 29 rivets holding it in from what they told me.
