After a rude introduction to a Wyoming rock last season I need to replace the front heat exchanger.
Wondering if anyone has done it before and has any tips. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Craig

Should I bother asking what you were doing riding in loose rocks with a snowmobile?
You need to pull the EVERYTHING. Not a fun job.

Motor does not need to be revmoed. Dealer did mine last winter. Heat exchanger is 240. And 7 hours labor I read someplace on here it tok someone 6 hours to get one out so I wasent dissoponited when he charged me got 7. It also gots 29 rivets holding it in from what they told me.
