Apex Controls on Nytro Handle Bars - Has Anyone Tried

Was wondering if there is any way to wire in Apex controls on a nytro so you can turn the hand and tumb up & down vs. just up.

Tried searching around some, did not find anything. Just a PITA when you are riding and go up one notch too much and starts all the way at the bottom again.
