This may come off as silly...but I am always looking for an inexpensive upgrade that works. I have a couple of Suzuki LTR450 race quads and I was looking at the shocks and they look like the stock length LTR shocks will bolt up to the Nytro front end. I have an 08' RTX with the Floats and they are OK but .... as anyone on here that owns them knows... they leave a bit to be desired. I am new to sleds but I have been around performance quads for a LONG time. If anyone on here has tried something like this I am interested to know the results. If no one has tried it I guess I will be the test dummy...

get your floats revalved. my buddy wants to use atv shocks on his sled. the issue i see is that the atv shocks are not set for the wieght of a sled. so you would have to revalve anyway. call pioneer performance. they are a sponser here. bruce can set you up.

For $300 you can send your Floats to Fox for the Float 2 upgrade. It's a big improvement, good price and you'll probably have them back in under a week.

I wouldn't think the ATV shocks could handle the weight of a sled. Go pickup the front end on your Nytro then go over and pickup the ATV. Huge difference.
