Anybody know if the front Ohlin shocks off a apex will fit the 2008 Nytro?? I know the length is an inch shorter which is OK since its a mountain sled but the width at the ends with bushings is what Im wandering about??

Top bushing is too wide. They will not fit. I've had mine off and already tried. I too decided the 1" was not a problem.[/

Wonder if your 09 XTX has a different width at top mount them my 08 MTX ??
Also do you know bye how much they were to wide?? Can the bushings just be machined down to fit??

Thanks

Both the top and bottow widths are 1 and 3/8 " for Apex Olhins. The bottom of the XTX is the same. The top bushing could be machined from both sides to fit the XTX mount position. It would leave enough metal on both sides to act as the bushing on the GRYT XTX shock. Maybe the bushings are replaceable? I'd call someone who might know if the top bushing could be replaced.

The bottom width measured 1 7/16'' so its good just need a small shim.. My top width measured just over an inch 1.050'' Might be enough material on bushing sides to machine to fit.. Need to take off roughly .160'' or so on each side..
Thanks for the info!! I found a set for real cheap would like to get rid of the floats im running..
