My '06 GT seems to sit low in the front end, the front arms are almost straight out. It handles good but when I see other Apex's they seem to sit higher. Should I tighten the front springs to bring the front end up some? Do I need to adjust the gas shock as well?

Suspension works best when the front springs are set at"0" preload which makes the A-arms parallel to the ground.
By your pics looks like you have the setting of "0" preload.
Lift up the front end springs should be easy to spin but not rattler or unseat from the perch.
