apex hitting rev limiter

Along with my apex I also have an apex engine in my RZR side by side. I'm trying to tune clutching with the apex engine in rzr but its hitting rev limiter on top end. The upshift is perfect about 10500 all the way to full shift out then the engine will hit rev limit if you don't let off throttle. I tryed adding more weight but it just brings the rpm down while shifting. As soon as clutches are shifted out hits rev limiter just the same. Any help would be great. I ddon't think the belt goes too far down secondary, there are no marks from its spinning on inside. I also tryed a belt that was too long just to make sure it wasnt bottominh and it still hit limiter. I'm lost please help this thing rips, power is awesome in a side by side.

I would try changing the gearing.

Agree, not loading the engine hard enough.
