500 miles ago I replaced every bearing and bushing in my '06 RTX as it hit 8000 miles. Just today I pushed the new bushing out of my secondary and ground the cover off my new 6206DU jackshaft bearing. I can't replace just the cover so I'm stuck replacing the bearing, last time I had everything apart anyway, can I get this bearing off without removing the chain and gears? Help please and thanks, gng.

Don't think so. Heat up the garage, chill the six pack and dig in.

If the bearing is not damaged, and you only need the bearing seal, try and find an old bearing from a dealer or if you happen to have your old bearing kicking around, snipe the seal off it and you should be good to go!
