Apex long tracked need setup suggestions.

I longtracked my 06 Apex GT with an Apex MTX skid and track. I plan on cutting the track to about 1.5" lug and trail riding. My question is do you thing the clutching and gearing combo from an Apex LTX will workout for this setup? I have lots of spare Yamaha parts that I want to utilize if possible. I have a MBRP exhaust as well. Also what control options are best for fueling for the pipe?

After I did my conversion I called Ulmer racing and got a kit from them...Waiting on it now to show up, clutching is way different setup from stock..weights and springs all changed as well as the helix..
