Apex MCX 16T waste gate actuator?

I remember KnappAttack made up a device to raise boost by adding a spring to the actuator arm holding the arm back thus raising pressure needed to move the actuator arm. If my memory serves me he used a 2stroke exhaust spring, and also added adjustability to it. Can be done for the cost of a exhaust spring and some labour. Could not find the thread to it...
