here is the thing. my father inlaw is talking smack aboiut his 1998 mxzx 440 fan cooled. he is telling me that it is going to smoke my 2008 apex mtx. im telling him no way. his nephew is trying to tell me that yamaha has no tq so the 440 will kick my #*$&@. im telling him that i have 150 reasons why my sled will win. what do you guys think about this.

He may get you out of the hole but after 50 feet you should pass him. What do you have for gearing and clutch.

Your going to love the power up kit. I have it on my 08 MTX and just love it. Are you putting on the exhaust.

im not im trying to keep it looking stock and sounding stock. i have to find a place to hide the fuel programer. then after i make him look really silly i will put the exhaust on it.

60HP vs about 130HP..I'd sure feel bad..if my 130 HP didn't bury at 60 HP sled..fan yet..

i got the sled at the start ed of feb just when it started to rain here. he is not getting that sled until next winter.

Are you sure your dad isn't just playing with you knowing damn well your sled with way over double the horsepower would literally blow the skis off his? Heck, you could probably tow him quicker than what he could do running on his own!!! hahahahaha. Did he tell you that on April 1st by chance, lol?
A good clutched 600 in a short drag on the other hand...better pick your track!!
Oh ya, it does seem a tad strange that he is talking smack now that it is at the end of the sledding season, what happened to the rest of winter? Had many months to race you! That's like me saying I have the fastest boat in the world when there is three feet of snow! lol

Oh ok, he is talking smack for next winter!!! Don't worry, he won't touch your sled! If you want to destroy him really bad pick your track because he will definitely have more traction off the line due to the fact he doesn't have enough power to spin the track!! lol

I'm just going off my experience racing my RX1 mountain but you're going to humiliate that 440 as long as you have traction

i told him that i was going to beat him by a lot. its my father in law not my dad. anyways they both think that the 440 will win and i isaid no i beat a 700 skidoo that was cutched. he took me until i hooked up the my skis never tuched the ground for atleat 1000 feet. i burnt a hole in my snow pants cause of it.
