Here again you guys know the damage picks and studs can do..... especially on a suspension that really needs rebuilt to begin with. If your riding style demands the largest studs on the planet than what we would do is build a custom application just for your requirments. One example would be to shape the under side of the PowderLite seat which allow for the exhaust to be almost built into the seat rather than into the tunnel. Guys who run NOS love there bottles built into there seats is another example of the flexability we have with various snowmobile applications
The PerformanceLite seat and exhaust was never intended to satisfy every snowmobilers riding style, however there is a segment of snowmobilers that have a real appreciation for light weight mods that work.
Suggested Retail is $1099.00 with a 10% TY forum discount that makes the cost $989.00 to save 24 pounds.
Im curious if you guys with studs who are eating up your heat exchangers.... what about your drivers ?
Cheers.

For those of you concerned about the weight of the sled, I hope you're not overweight yourselves. 8)

Anytime MightyWarrior, I learned a long time ago to listen to what customers want to see when it comes to something they like to do. WE just call it custom and that's what we like to do.
Example: Alot of us mountain rider who standup and use the running boards to steer feel the stock side exhaust does nothing but adds weight and gets in the way off your feet.
Example: A local outfitter who travels across the snow on his RX1 found the under the tunnel PerformanceLite exhaust useful. By having the stock exhaust directly behind the seat the outfitter was never able to use the tunnel for any kind of storage, mainly fuel.
Perhapes the biggest demand facing the Apex in a mountain riding application is weight. Unlike the short track Apex versions riders probably don't mind the weight and find it very well balanced & stable going down the trail.

SJC - Hope you and Tom got things worked out. It looks like a great set up. Is there room in the trunk for a shovel?
