apex power steering problem

Just wondering if anyone had there power steering unit fail yet ? Mine did and im trying to figure out what went wrong ... I was thinking maybe a fuse but i have no clue where this fuse is located... Any feed back will be greatly apreciated... Thanks

just after i bought mine it stopped working and the light came on.sat here in heat oveer night and than it was fixed.

Were you doing alot of tight/twisty trails at slow speeds? The power steering motor will shut down if it over heats. (not 100% on this but the Grizzly's have this feature)

Yea there was a lot of turns but now its in my heated garage and sill dont work...

The EPS shut down after the sled had been standing still on the mountain in -26 celcius for a while, but shortly recovered when the engine warmed up again.

im guessing its a frozen/bad relay....check the back of your owners manual and the wiring schematic

Apparently, there is a diagnostic mode where it will throw a code should the EPS light comes on...possibly low battery voltage, etc.

There is a fuse for the EPS under the airbox near the main fuse.

It happens to me when it is really cold, but as soon as the engine heats up the problem is gone. Really weird feeling driving without eps.
