Brian,
I must have done something right then. , cause my seat doesnt appear to be shifting at all. Maybe because it is the Nytro seat.?
I was wondering why some were using the velcro. I dont remember anyone saying anything about velcro when we did the switch, or I missed that.

Well the install went pretty good!!!! It took me about 3 1/2 hours from start to finish for installing the seat and risers....I did use the velcro on the tank and I also put some velcro pads on the top of the two plastic 'bosses' that slide under the tank flange to get the up and down play out of the seat. When I got the tank cover cut and got the seat set in position, I could pull up on the front of the seat and I had about 3/8 - 1/2" of play up and down....I didn't like that...so I cut a couple thick, small velcro pads and put them on the seat to take up the extra space, removing the play in the front of the seat. Even though I used the velcro on the tank and got the front of the tank very secure, I still put a piece of black rubber trim on the tank cover, looks very nice and very 'finished' now!!! I really love the seat with the 2" risers!!! I also tilted my bars forward some because I really like to 'hug' them railing the corners!!! I might make some slight adjustments in Muni, but I think I've got em pretty close!!!
Thanks to everyone who gave me input and advice the past week!!! I just read everything and stored it in the back of my head so I didn't have to refer to anything during the install!!! Went very smooth!!! Special thanks to Kinger for the specifics on the wiring in the FAQ's section!!! I was originally just going to cut the ends off and splice the stock ends on, but after reading up on 'fishing' the entire harness out and back in, I realized it wasn't really as bad as I initially thought!!!
The all black GT seat looks frickin awesome!!! I took some pics yesterday when I finished, but I'm in class all day today and I forgot the card out of my camera at home, so I will try to get some pics up tonight for you guys!!!
Thanks again!!!

Here is a pic!!! I had a couple more, but for some reason they came out really blurry and I couldn't tell it on my small camera screen... If you look closely you can also see the 2" Rox risors!!!!
