How many of you have switch from a apex to a nytro, whats your pros and cons, i'm thinking of new sled next year not shure if i'll like the duel shock pro or not

I went from a RX-1 to a nytro. Best sled for me! the Rx was faster on the lakes an RR beds, but were i live it is tight, twisty and bumpy. The Apex is like a big powerful cruiser, the nytro is like a R1 sport bike or a 140HP dirt bike. It likes to be ridden hard, like a dirt bike. Stand up, use the throttle and weight transfer like you would use a clutch on a bike to carry the skis over bumps and holes. Apples and oranges really. You have to be honest with your self and determine what kind of ride you want!!

Well said boat man. I would say you need to identify what type of rider you are. If you are agressive and like to ride the bumps, no questio go with a Nytro. If you are a groomed trail rider stay with the Apex. I love the switch because I ride tough rough trails. you want to stand all the time Nytro. I found myself trying to stand all the time on my Viper whne I swithced to it the other night. Again, What type of rider are you?

Oh, I'm a very aggressive rider but when the trails are smooth i don'nt want it to be a stiff board. I currently ride a 06 apex rtx.

Went from a apex rtx to a nytro rtx. Never looked back. When I jump on my buddies apex now I feel like I'm going back in time with the riding position.

I much rather the apex i have the 136 for on the trail the seating is much more comfort for me although for off trail you can't beat the nytro. I have not tried the xtx yet tho i bet thats a whole different story man i wish it was out last year.

Well Said!!! Totally how I fell!!

i have both, and i personally love my attak!! the nytro is great, but it's colder and not as fast. i like how much torque the nytro has, but my attak also has a lot. it depends on your riding. i am a very agressive rider and i dont think a long track makes that big of difference. and the attak/apex doesnt really make a difference in the woods compared to the nytro....i love them both

I have 3800 miles on my 06 Attak and 600 on my XTX. The Nytro has the wonderful back saving riding position, much easier maintenance and no issues with over heating, more than enough power for our tight trails and much lighter. I installed the ex. large windshield and the knee deflectors but at temps below 0 I wish I had a bigger shield like the Attak otherwise I am happy with the Nytro
